Creative Giving

  • Be a Host for Change! The Girls Empowerment Network wants you to host a party to benefit middle and high school girls in Central Texas. Ever dollar raised at the party goes toward our high impact programs! Contact houseparty@genaustin.org if you are interested.

  • Support the Anita Mennucci Endowment Fund, which allows GENaustin to grant two $500 scholarships for our high school facilitators to pursue higher education.

  • Consider making an in-kind donation from GENaustin's Wishlist.

  • Please consider making a gift that can be matched by your employer. Check our matching gift list to see if your employer has a gift matching program.

  • There are many opportunities to give to GENaustin just by doing your regular shopping, either online or around town. GENaustin sincerely appreciates your consideration as well as the efforts of these organizations that are giving back to the community.

  • Make a workplace donation! GENaustin is a member of Community Shares of Texas where employees at participating companies and organizations can participate in workplace giving. There are a number of campaigns (Texas State Employee, City of Austin, Travis County, among others) that GENaustin participates in.

  • Thank you for your gift of stock. Please contact Julia Cuba (julia@genaustin.org) for details on how to make this transfer. We prefer you make a gift of stock to GENaustin via electronic transfer, rather than mailing actual stock certificates. If you are giving a security, please verify with your broker that the stock is eligible for electronic delivery over the Depository Trust Company (DTC) system. This works for most stocks, but some securities have specific transfer instructions. Please note that we will liquidate all donations of securities as soon as possible.

Turn your car into girl empowerment!

  • Donate your time and get involved by volunteering. GENaustin is always looking for volunteers to get involved. Visit our volunteer page for more information.
